Thats an easy question, I would get the b18c. The gsr feels so much better then the other when it comes to boost. This is coming from personal experience. Having test driven these motors after a bolt on turbo kit install , the gsr comes out the leader. The B18b is safer for boost just becuase of the lower compression, but vtec and boost rocks!

well on either motor I'll be lowering the compression, what about B20
Are you resleeving, or going to run stock sleeves? A B18b bored out will cost less initially. That might help a bit.
All three are great, but I rather have the Dohc Vtec, because it will make more power. Go B18c1, more torque, hp, and faster spool.
LS seems to be the cheapest way though, stuff some forged internals in....boost a good 9-14psi and you're good to go, with hondata of course
