Why is it everyone considers 7thgen civic the worst civic created? Like they are over looked even by companies that typically many jdm enthusiasts are interested in.

 

A few reasons:

Not bolt on friendly...
Not very asthetically appealing to alot of the "Tuner" crowd.
Not much aftermarket support to begin with
Not many (only 2) motor options
Different suspension (MacPherson struts) than previous generations.

 

And they are heavier, don't forget that

 

A guy from a meet I was at said these were the shittiest ones honda has ever made. Suspension is no big deal you can always change that.

No you can't. You can't change from McPherson to Double Wishbone, without serious welding, reconstruction, and fabrication. That's what makes the 7th Gen. different.

 

i think its a lot better than the other cars. my civic ex burns any previous model civic generation stock for stock. I also think its the best looking because I could of very well have bought an 05 or 06. or 07.
