Default New Cluster install

I have a new ex cluster i would like to install into me dx hatch, Everything plugs in perfect except for the green plug which i think is the temp/fuel gage...The rpm and such lights up and works. How do i get the gas and temp gauge to plug into my new cluster? Can i cut the old green plug off and use mine and match colors lol?? Mine has A LOT more extra wires then the new one hence it is bigger. In my search i only found aftermarket/jdm installs.

The green plug is not your fuel/temp gauge. The two blue plugs are all you need. There are three superfluous plugs on your cluster.

Green = Cruise Control Indication
Orange = ABS Indication
Yellow = SRS Indication

if it is from the same generation car, then it should be a straight plug n play.

this is in an eg

There are 2 long grey ones that fit. A yellow one that fits, and a green one that doesnt fit into the newone, but does in the old. If green in EGs is ONLY cruise control thats fine.
