Default Quick Question!!

First off I didn't search, but I did when I performed a swap. B18B('95) into EK('96) It worked fine for a while now its dead(somewhat). Second the situation is this, I bought the motor thinking it was a 96LS, so I bought OBDII injectors, OBDII distributor, BUT FOR SOME REASON, I bought a 95 ALTERNATOR. CAN THIS BE A SOURCE OF MY PROBLEMS??

Also I have the 96LS ECU.

Yes I did, my civic harness is also OBDII, so for some retarded reason, I cut and soldered the OBDI plug onto the harness. So every component is OBDII except the alternator, but it does still plug in.

Not the dizzy, the alternator. I cut the OBDI alternator plug off an OBDI wireharness and soldered it onto my OBDII wiring Harness that I used on the engine.

check your batt. fuse in the under hood fuse box. If your batt. isnt charging then thats probably your problem if the alt. is connected correctly.

I checked the batt fuse visually and the alternator at autozone. Batt fuse looked fine and the alternator passed. My car has been out of commission for about a month now, anyone in socal can help me? I dont think the mechanics really know what they're doing.
