Default Chrome and VAFC

I am finally going to tune with chrome on my 97 Prelude(ODB1). I want to keep my VAFC just so that I can check my driving characteristics. Are the fuel settings going to override my tune or work with my tune? I know wherever I set the vtec engagement with the VAFC will override my tune, but I'm not sure about the fuel.

after using CROME there is no reason to use your fmu. CROME does everything and more than your fmu, just sell it or something. they are not comtable with one another.
btw: which ecu and version of crome are you using?

I know they're compatible, and I realize I don't need the VAFC. I'm just wondering about the fuel settings. Does the VAFC override or work with the settings on my chip?

I'm going to keep the VAFC on there for now, if it doesn't override.

i would assume that it would override........cause thats what its made to do.
i could see that turning into a mess, just get rid of the vafc

even "zeroed" i have seen vafc's expletive up fueling pretty badly.
i put my car on the dyno with "zeroed" vafc and with a near stock setup i somehow ended up at 16:1 afr under full throttle....

You can change your fueling with crome. Adding the v-afc is just a waste of time and money.

two engine management systems are not needed. More wires = more problems to diagnose in the event of electrical shortage.
