Whats going on if white smoke blows out of exhuast and valve cover breather?
When fully warmed up in the past day i noticed white smoke cominh from the valve cover brether and alot coming out from the exhuast when sitting at a light.
It just started after my friend told me and put in 10w-40 at his oil place and i also adjusted my VAFC to +30 across the board
can it be the oil or that i am running too rich or what it didnt start doing it till after then

sorry to tell you but it sounds like you have extreme blow by, meaning the rings are shot.. time to rebuild.......... the oil would not make it smoke that bad, and the +30 setting would have nothing to do with it smoking white.

white smoke sounds like coolant in the combustion chamber. does it run hotter than normal? might have a blown headgasket or something. Easy to check though, take it to a shop with a four gas analizer and have them check for CO coming out of the radiator (with the cap removed). if there is a leak exhaust gas will make it into the coolant. they will usually run really hot but every now and then on one that doesn't leak real bad it will run just a little warm.
Well I just changed the headgasket before the turbo install, and i havent been boosted heavily just mainly letting things settle.
Its been only two days with the turbo on and my motor was fine before then.
It does not run any hotter then normal.
I am going to look into taking it to a shop that has a four gas analizer and check that out.
Thanks for the help
BTW the fuel is down to +9 now -- according to my crappy Autometer guage thats on the first 3 or so green LED's during boost.
I dont see way i blew the headgasket so soon but you never know i guess, i will try that test is there any other tests to check for a blown headgasket???

TIME FOR ZMAX! HAHAHA... LOL... sorry to hear... but ZMAX does claim to "fix blowby and restore compression"
Wow that sucks, guess i gotta pull the head again, I didnt use new studs but i torqued it down to specs.
I still wanna get that test with the radiator down to make sure.
Any suggestions on what i did wrong with installing the head gasket. It shouldnt have went that quick, The only thing i didnt do was get new head studs but is that a major effect. Its only a week old maybe i can get a replacment from cometic.
