Copy of my driver's license?
I'm about to buy a used car from a private owner, he's asking me to fax the
copy of my driver's license so he can fill out the registration form first.
Is this a normal procedure? ?

He doesnt need a copy though. Just give him the number.... or just fill the damn paper out for the 30 seconds it will actually take.
Its a private owner right...not a used dealer.
