I have a check engine light and it is throwing code 19 (Automatic transmission lockup control valve). I have a manual transmission. Any idea if what could be the problem? Maybe another noob question.

I found the problem.

Come to find out I have an Auto ECU.

 

Did you do a auto to manual swap or are running a auto ECU? If neither, reset the ECU and see if it comes back.

 

hi i have a auto to manual conversion the problem is code 19 which is the automatic transmission control valve . i already change my ecu to manual ecu. then reset. it still appears in my cel. what are others possible links couses that problem? is there some one could help me? i have a d16a engine only.... and i dont know what is the problem with auto matic trany lockup control valve...
