reinforce motor mounts??

what can i reinforce my motor mounts with? i heard somewhere that u can put some type of caulk in your mounts? does any1 out there know what to use to make them soild...........

how well do they work and how hard are they to put in... i was looking at the energy inserts... any info on them?
