Yeah Good Idea. Mine is bad also. It was loose at first, but I just snaped it back. I'll go back and put some foam in.

I'm going in saturday for my headliner and that OPDS recall thing. Just recently since it got cold, my passenger door (actually this started right after my whole car was covered in a quarter inch of ice) makes this sound like plastic on plastic rubbing... its driving me nuts!!!! If i had a week off I would just disassemble the entire inside of my car and foam pad it all.
Alright...here is the quick fix. I pulled the headliner from the rear and put 2 socks in between the roof and the liner. I have a Navi model and right under where the GPS reciever is I placed a sock there, and also in between the wire loom that connects to the reciever. PROBLEM IS SOLVED! No more rattle whenever I turn up the volume past 10!

If anyone has the headliner rattle, jus pop off the back part of the headliner and stuff sumthing in there. Foam, Cotton, whatever..(I used a couple socks. Even if you change the clips, that's not the problem to make the headliner stop rattling against the roof. The bass from the sub just makes the headliner vibrate. So when you stuff something in between to absorb the vibrating, your problem is solved. Trust me, the sounds are so much clearer and cleaner, no more annoying rattle when the bass hits. Hopefully this helps some people with this problem, unless I'm the only one with this problem....
