Default New system and Questions

So yesterday I had my system installed. I got a fosgate t1 component system ( door speakers, tweeters, and crossovers) as well as fosgate p1 6x9's in the back. I own a 5th gen honda prelude, and im building it up to have a show car. Im set on having a fosgate power system, but does anyone have any experience with it? Ups, Downs, any comments? My next step is to get the power amp for the speakers, as well as put dynomat stuff in the door's for better sound. Anyone have any sugguestions or comments?

Sounds like you have what you want, and know what you want to get.
R/F makes a pretty good dependable product, not the best available IMO, but far from the bottom line bling crap out there.

I would get that amp soon, I don't know what HU you have but it's a good bet it is way underpowered for the component speakers, probably the 6x9s also.
Not to say it will not work, If you have a good HU it should sound pretty good, just watch the volume until you get the amp, it would be very easy to over-drive the HUs internal amp into sever clipping, and that can destroy a speaker, and other then a hole in the speaker it is the only thing most speaker manufacturers will not cover under warranty, [burnt VCs] 94

Thanks for the information. The HU is a lower class kenwood, but it still sounds good. I do need to get the amp soon, but right now im broke . So soon I'll be up there. Do you have any opinions on the T2 subwoofer (Rockford Fosgate Power series)
