Default Thinking of going Ls/V-attack

Thinking of going Ls/Vtec. I am looking for something to make power, buut also being A DAILY DRIVER. What's the best head combo I should use and pistons CTR or Integ-R. Don't forget this is going to be a daily driver running on california 91 pump gas. Also the tranny i've picked is going to be GSR. Anyone recommend a LSD for the tranny?
