my custom turbo manifold/downpipe for a d16.
made 300.08/254 wtq. made 298 wtq on one pull.
ceramic coated, never put on since then, all ready to go. would work nicely on an eg/ek, will need aftermarket xmember, and smaller Radiator on an ef. i had it on my ef.

all sch. 40 stainless, ported inside, REALLY highflow, welded by my brother (his first sch. 40..great penetration, never cracked, and i ran it 15k or so)
bolt it on with a big T3 and a 38 mil wastegate and make big power.
i'm-re-doing-my entire setup.

was the manifold coated too? got any pictures of it too? Where are you located too? Did you run a dumptube at all on the wastegate?

no good pictures of the manifold coated, but yeah, its jet hot coated too.
i have a dumptube with it too, forgot to mention that. its not coated, just painted. they priced the coating by the foot, and it would have been nearly as much as the manifold. it dumps under the engine, at the back of the downpipe.
downpipe is 3'' BTW, and uses a BMC race standard garrett 5 bolt flange. really nice flange.

will this fit a t4 compressor housing? I read one of the other threads that said you
were going to go with a t3/t4 but didn't know if you were still going to use this
manifold. I might be coming down there this weekend to pick up a shell if you want to meet up.
