ok so the honda dealership in my town 7 years ago had a job to put a front bumper on a del sol and ordered the wrong one. well they ordered the 97 one and half way through painting it red they relized they were missing the auxiliary lights... to make a long story short i bought the bumper 2 days ago and installed it. I have never seen this bumper and my "tech" question is... what auxilary lights are available at the bottom corners because i cant imagine them selling them at the dealership. Does anyone have a picture of them? and when i have my car repainted will that red come off properly?

 

yes jdm del sol have fog light in the bumper

 

The 96-97 jdm del sol foglights are super hard to find, but look way sick if you do ever find them. I love the 96-97 bumper!

 

yea those lights have long been discontinued by Honda. A member on here did manage to scavenge one of the last OEM sets. No company makes replicas of them.

they only mad a left one for the 96-97 bumper....trust me, i was gonna do the 96 conversion on mine and get the fogs for it but the guy i talked to said that they only make the left one.....wierd tho

I posted that because from the descriptions in the thread I figured they were those foglights, not because I thought it was the same bumper. I can only find those foglights on that bumper though.

That's odd. I just notice that the 93-95 bumper doesn't have the side reflector on it.

Could that be a JDM diagram.

 

i called up some honda oem factory like bk honda or something like that. they have a **** load of oe parts but i asked him if it was a fog light. he said it was but only for the left...idk i think its gay too!

 

That's the same image I have on the USDM EPC. #1 is not availble through the USDM EPC, though #3 is. It is availble on the EDM EPC though.

#1 Bumper - EDM EPC (so these are EDM part numbers, which differ from USDM part numbers anyway)

I checked "bumper", "headlight" and "accessories - exterior" and found no foglight listed.

 

the side reflectors from my 93-95 bumper fit into my now 96-97 bumper... the dealership said for both lights and brackets its 260 but there not sure if there available cause i cant order them yet so i just said 2 wait

Yeah, #4 is just the black vent cover. I just purchased a 97 bumper and it didn't come with the black vent cover. its jus a big hole.
