MSD Ignition-Does it really do anything?
Does it help do anything? Can you feel the difference?
MY friend is offering a brand new set-up for $150 bucks including install. IS it worth it?

as far as i know from research, with the mods that you have listed i doubt that you will feel anything more than better throttle response and gas milage.
if ya had high compression, a blower, or nitro. you would be putting it to better use .
but 150 sounds good if it is the complete kit and not just the box.
