i need to know if twm system can be tuned using the latest version of chrome

i know people like hondata
but i dont!! So any help would be app.

want to get itbs but want all my stuff in order first

Crome can be used to tune ITBs very well. Go to http://forum.pgmfi.org/ and register. Then you can browse the Crome and Crome Development forums. There is a thread called ITB Diaries. Read through it.
