Need new oil filter?

I suppose if it was drained into a clean container and no contamination got into it, it would be fine. However, new oil really doesn't cost very much.

true, but i need the car running asap and no ride right now to get any oil.

I would say no, even at regular interval changes, I only change my filter every other oil change, so with less than 100 miles on it, I don't see why it shouldn't be fine.
