Default New Block...Motor Wont Crank...HELP

So i spun a bearing in my old ls-vtec...and i just finished installing the new and improved ls/vtec last nite....but it won't run....

the starter turns the motor over but it just won't crank on and get running...

so far:
checked all 3 grounds and they are good....
ecu plugged in...
no codes thrown....
have spark....and checked firing order
new plugs also....

lemme know if i'm forgetting something...........btw i don't have the radiator hooked up yet, but it really isn't needed just to start the motor for the first time...

also i have a small leak at the fpr, but i'm fixing that soon as i get home...

any ideas would be appreciated, cuz i'm about out of them...btw..this is the 5th motor i've had in this car this year, so yes i'm pretty sure that i did assemble it correctly...

thanks for the help

Maybe your cam timing is off. Check your compression.

Three things needed for combustion to occur: Compression, spark, fuel. At the correct time. #1 check for a nice blue spark at the spark plug. #2-check avaialble fuel pressure. Don't just trust a gauge, crack a fuel line and verify that the fuel pump is supplying adequate pressure. Check the fuel quality-make sure that there is no water in it. Or diesel.
Triple check your cam timing. Have someone crank the motor and verify that the cams are turning. It's also not a bad idea to have the distributor cap off to verify that the rotor is turning. No start problems can always be solved by checking the three basics.

Yah, check your compression like B19 and I mentioned then come back and report. Dismissed.

turn the key to on and loosen the bolt on the fuel rail. Fuel should squirt out if the pump is working and loading the fuel rail. Make sure you have the correct firing order 1,4,3,2. Make sure you are getting good spark (check at night in the dark). Do you hear the fuel pump "hum" when you turn the key to on? Does the check engine light come on briefly when you turn the key to on and then go off after about 2 seconds?
