Default B20 vtec help PLZ

i'v done research on this subject but I'd like to know if a GSR head is a safe combo with a B20 bottom. what's the safest piston i can go with but i do what high comp. like 11 or 12 something lol there goes the safe part with clearance a guess. but I'd like some help because i have a buddy with a GSR head w/ after-market duel springs, retainers and valves. thxs for the quick help on this subject.

Here is my mild b20 vtec build up. Sounds very similar to yours.

If you run an aftermarket piston with deeper, bigger valve pockets, then larger VTEC cams will not present a problem.
