At the top of this forum, check out the first few threads that are "stickied". They'll have all the information you could need on a motor swap.
And yes, you'll need the wiring harness from the OBD2 B18b1

Depends brotha, you could find one @ a junkyard for $20 bucks...or you can get one off a website for $200, yanno?
But along with the longblock and harness, you'll need a shift linkage, ECU, transmission, axles, and a few other parts.
Check out http://www.hmotorsonline.com they have full swaps for sale and they list what comes with it. What they list is pretty much what you'll need. The site is actually very reputable, so should you choose to go ahead and purchase a swap...let me reccomend Hmotorsonline. They have MANY satisfied customers here on honda-tech. If you search thier name on this site, you'll read alot of positive feedback and pretty good pricing.
Don't get indimidated though man, its actually not an extremely difficult thing to do, and literally 80% of everyone ON honda-tech have a swap. So all the information you could ever need is readily available to you. Good luck!

When you get a chance, list EVERYTHING you purchased for the swap in this thread....then I'll tell you if you have everything, or if you're missing something.

wait..
not sure if this was mentioned alleady but
you have a 94 civic Right??if you gonna throw a OBD2 motor on your car...you gonna need a OBD1 harness...you can use your stock harness but MIGHT have to do some wiring for the o2 sensor...also, you gonna need to get OBD1 dizzy, ecu, injectors...now, if you wanna run all the OBD2 harness that comes with your motor, and if you do, you can use your injectors, ecu, etc...you gonna need to use the ECU Jumper harness...OBD1 to OBD2 conversion....
