Default Sleeve for turbo

im planning to sleeve my block pretty soon for a turbo setup...is this the only major problem that the H series have...or is there any other that I should fix for a stock motor with boost...i would look myself but its better to get the insight of the people who actually have seen this done or done it themselves so i can get it right...turbo will be a t3/t4.....all insights will be helpful...i dont want no flamming replies...but like i said..it will be a stock H will boost for daily use and maybe a little races here and there nothing big....like big horsepower...so is sleeving the only problem? i do know the valves are weak that is why im sleeving my block..also a price of sleeves that have been done to some of you would be appreciated...thanks

Search.

The ringlands are the weak point in H series motors. You cannot run traditional style forged pistons in stock FRM/Nikasil lined cylinder walls. You have to have a sleeved engine to run these pistons successfully (with exception to mahle's).

Sleeving is your best bet. Drop us a PM if you are interested in our sleeving services.
