Man, I have only had this thing for like a month and barely used it. I was finishing up the wiring for it still and tucking everything away when I realized that the alarm wasn't working anymore. I checked the fuses and etc. I also checked to see if there was power going into the brain and that came out A okay.
Is my brain dead?

check ur grounds? test 12 volts with the alarm ground by putting ur black lead on the alarm ground and red lead on the constant 12v wire for the alarm. if it reads like 6v or something... then that's ur problem. if it doesn't read anything then check ur ground with a continuity test to another proven ground and if that works. then redo ur 12v source. also check all of ur solder joints.
If it did work and now it does not, it's possible the brain has lost the remotes programming.
Try this, see if alarm will go into valet mode with ign. key and valet button, turn ign. on then off, press and release valet/program button within 10 sec., does the LED come on steady, [no but not blinking]?
If so, alarm is ok power and grounds are good, reprogram the remote.
If not you have a wiring problem, and if there is power at the alarm brain it is a grounding problem, do as has been mentioned and check the ground.
