Default Starting Issues

when i turn off my car, the next time i turn it back on it wont start. ill press my alarm (power locks) put my key in the igintion, turn it all the way to start, then everything thing will shut off for no reason. then i have to go pop my hood and wiggle the {-} wire on my battery then it will start. did this since friday, stop saturday, and did it again today, sunday when i was at a gas station. what can be the problem here? i already cleaned the part the the termal connects to the battery post, battery is also about 2-3 months old. 89 crx si w/ sohc zc

The terminal connection shouldn't wiggle. Tighten it or replace it with one that you can tighten securely.

your symptoms are definitely in line with a loose battery ground
