Default Engine Work including Turbo

Engine Work for Turbo
ok i was wondering exactly what is a really good setup to run Turbo on a Stock 90-91 CRX Si engine d16a i wanna know everything from head work to block work, i wanna run low 13s to 12s, and i am willing to spend 10,000 dollars on doing so.. but i wanna know exactly what to do, i don't want to put 10,000 dollars into waste..... also i have a question, is it true that you dont want to port and polish your head for turbo, i heard you just want to Port your head, thats what Extreme Motorsports from NJ claims, but i dont know if its true, i know you shouldnt port and polish your intake manifold, anyways, help is appreciated....

You may check my website. A similar setup should put you in the 12s.

My suggestion is to go out and buy the book maximum boost by corky bell. 2nd read the forums more and more and get more knowledge. Dont listen to what ppl say, do the research for yourself and find out what really works.

Go to importbuilders.com They will send you an entire package ready to bolt in. With $10K to play with don't do a D motor, that's silly.

I agree, why a D motor? At least upgrade to a z6 or y8. (At least!)

stock B18A/B turbo can run low 12's, maybe 11's with bigger injectors etc...Not sure how long it'll last though. I second ImportBuilders...I've heard lots of good stuff about em and Jeff's a good guy. He at least returns my email inquiries. 10 or 20% discount i think for HT members too.
