My car wont start! suspected fuel pump maybe?
Ok, my car was running fine all day today, and then i went to the mall, when i came back out and tried to start my car, it wouldnt start at all. I opened the hood and noticed some corrosion on my battery, i got rid of that, and now the car will start up, but only for a sec. I start it, and it seems it only has enough fuel to start, then after that i try to give it gas, and it feels as if its not getting any gas, whether i push on the gas or not it dies everytime. I added some fuel line anti-freeze and everything just incase my fuel lines froze up, which is really unlikely since its heated up today more then earlier when i was driving. Can anyone tell me what is wrong!?
-Update-
I tried my car again, and for some reason when i turn the ignition and push on the gas at the same time my car will climb in rpm's, but when i let go of the ignition my car dies. Spark plugs maybe?...i dont know...
SOMEONE PLZ HELP!

*Bump*
Sorry for bumping, but this is really important, this is the only car I have, and I have work Monday. So the sooner I know whats wrong, the better.

Probably ignition switch (electronic part, not the actual key cylinder).
Can you hear your fuel pump prime each time you turn the ignition switch to the on position, not starting the car, but like where the radio and gauges come one?

I forgot to listen for the fuel pump.
If it were the ignition switch, wouldnt it not start at all, or even try?
Cuz it turns over, it just wont stay on, no matter if i give it gas or not.
Once i let go of the ignition, it dies.

that is either the main relay or the ign switch
if it is the main relay, you will not hear the click or the Fuel pump prime...
if it is the ign switch, your car will crank and fire as long as the key is turned, once you release from start, it will die....
