Default Strait Pipe to Performance Muffler = WHP?

So does it give you WHP to go from just plain strait pipe to Performance muffler?
or is it just me?
and also, what all does haveing a muffler on your car do for you?

Also, my muffler has a tunable/removable silencer, so should i tune the silencer to make it sound different, or just take it off?

You mean backpressure, not down force. Love the Klingnon. A performance muffler produces very low backpressure, so you're good there. That combined with a test pipe (cat delete) MAY produce some whp, but you won't feel it, you'll only hear it, and that's for sure.
