One's OBD-II and one's OBD-I
.
Any serious differences? None really.
If you consider it part of the head, the Y8 IM tends to flow a bit better, but nothing really noticable (a header for a d-series will yield more power than a Y8 IM swap)
The compression on the Y8 is 9.76 compared to the Z6's 9.14. Though that's the whole motor, I'm not sure what that is in terms of specs of the head.
PS:
The Y8 oil pumps suck, usually resulting in spun bearings on high end Y8 setups. If you're going to do a Y8 build, get an aftermarket oil pump.
Also, as "factory specs" - the Z6 puts out 125hp at the flywheel, and the Y8 puts out 127hp at the flywheel. Those number differences are pretty null at the wheel hp numbers though.
