quick swap Q
in simple terms
you put your obd-2 harness on the d16z6..
(some modification need)
then you can use a obd-2 ecu or obd-1 harness with a obd-2 to obd-1 jumper harness
even if you want to go obd-1 you need to wire it as obd-2 then convert to obd-1 at the ecu

You can use the existing OBD-II harness, you'll need an OBD-IIa to OBD-I conversion harness for the P28 ECU to plug in and you'll have to use an OBD-II distributor as well as OBD-II injectors.

Oh, blah, I forgot about that
.
I'm pretty sure you can mod the dizzy to fit, pretty sure I've heard of people doing it. Though it's easier (and cheaper) just to re-wire the plug.
I have no idea how to re-wire the dizzy/plug part
