Sway bar endlinks ?
I remember a writeup on how someone had trouble with the stock endlinks in the rear with the progress sway bar so they ended up making some custom ones themselves. Anyway i found these none are made for the lude obviously but maybe they will fit idk.

Do they even sell/make the swaybars and endlinks for the Prelude? They don't advertise that on their site.

im so glad i saw this post. i bought the progress swaybar...it was bigger than i thought itd be. anyways the stock endlinks both broke the second day after i put the swaybar on. so i took the bar off completely for a month or two till had the money to make some endlinks myself. i heard the progress endlink kit isnt all that great and people have still had problems with it. I bought a threaded rod online somewhere (it was some insanely strong steel alloy somthin) then i bought the aurora AW7T spherical heim joints (very expensive) and put those together with the threaded rod, and some grade 8 hardware...havent had a single problem with anything swaybar related since then. and for the record, i spent a weekend at TWS w/o any problems. if anyone wants more info on this just PM me.
i dont see the problem here... the design of the spherical endlinks isnt that great but you have to custom endlinks to run the progress sway bar.....
DIY adjustable endlinks with baker precision-aurora rod ends ftw!!!! I am in the process of making these based on the parts listed here: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1474587
a guy on here has had these for over a year with no play. ballin

Are the rod ends you're using teflon lined? If not, that's part of the problem. The weight rating has nothing to do with it, IMO.
Also, you're using 7/16" rod ends. The holes in the chassis and sway bars (on a 5Gen) are just a bit over 12mm. There's probably a 0.040" size difference between the two, which is right at 1mm. That's a big difference between the bolt and the hole! If you're using a 4Gen, the top bolt is 10mm, which gives you a 0.043" difference in size between the bolt and rod end bore.
What I did was machine some adapters that go into the upright and into the sway bar that fit tightly with a bore that's exactly 3/8". That way, the bushing fits tightly in the upright and sway bar, and the bolt for the rod end fits tightly in the bushing. I have tried two different sets of Aurora rod ends (both teflon lined), and I haven't had any problems. My current rod ends have been on the car for two seasons with no play.
I'm doing a buy on PO.com for these end links that I'm making. I probably have enough for 4 extras or so. They're quite expensive, though.

the ones i have are supposedly teflon lined
but i only see it on the sides of the eye
the rod ends fit snug on the hardware
i used a combo of a metal sleeve that fits snug into the eye of the rod end...and some *cough* plastic tape wound tightly on the bolt

AW7T = Aurora, the 'T' indicates Teflon.
