my aebs manifold wont let my rc injectors fit in there pre drilled hole do i need to Drill the holes out to allow them to pass through? has anyone else experienced this? i dont want to ruin anything

please help i neeed it bad and quick thanks

that doesn't sound right. i thought honda rc's were oem size replacements. if oem injectors won't fit either, thats an aebs mistake.

 

yea i notice the same problem with my rc injectors when i put it in my aebs intake.
the rc 310 tips are bigger then stock thats the problem.
i was short on time and a tool to solve the problem so i left it. but you dont have to shave much to make them fit its only off by alittle.

the stock gsr intake manifold has a larger bore thats why it was never a problem.

 

i have a gsr head woth a gsr(of course) aeb manifold and these rc 270's

I will drill out the holes but then what seals do i use?

 

i used my o rings off my sohc motor.
the gsr has the smaller o rings with the plastic spacer on the bottom and i didnt feel like making them bigger with a dremel.

its a really tight fit with the oem o rings. or you can go buy some from rc.
