Default Should I have my synchros replaced?

I'm getting a new transmission case, and the transmission guts and Quaife from the original tranny will be going into the new case along with new bearings. The synchros have 41k relatively hard miles on them, 2nd has been especially abused, and third has been ground a few times as well. Think I should get them replaced while the tranny is apart? What's the usual life span for a well-maintained but hard-driven S4C's synchros?
Thanks

if you have the money or if they are cheap go ahead. i've got 93k on my tranny with grinds every now and then and my tranny is fine. if you are power shifting or speed shifting, down shifting without matching revs this could wear out your syncros. 41k is pretty new though.
