Default b16: tps adjusment voltaqge

ive searched and i know the voltage needs to be as follows:
Closed is .45-.50
WOT is 4.5-5.0

How do i adjust this?
I just replaced my tps but still isnt idling nor driving correct way

Loosen the screws that hold the TPS in place, then turn the sensor either clockwise or counter and the voltage will change.

how can i check the voltage the best way possible and the bottom peice where the screw screws into is broken can it make a difference if its only tighten by one screw?

One screw doesn't matter. To check voltage, get a DVOM or Voltmter and put your probes on the green/black wire and the yellow/blue wires and the voltage will read.

do i do this when car is idling or when just the igntion is on?
Also i see there's two different voltages, one is idle another is at WOT how do i setup both? Thanks

Please also explain a little better the way i connect the wires
