Default Integra interior harness wiring issue (Dash Conversion)

I know this have been covered a billion times but I've only seen one post that described the pinout to use the integra harness and civic fuse box. I followed exactly what was on there and I can't get turn signals or anything else besides the lights on the gauges. I am using an ITR gauge cluster the only thing is I believe it is an OBDII so I wasnt sure if I need to repin the connectors . Any help is appreciated as long as it doesnt involve the search button, and if you have more luck with it than I do post a link please. Oh yeah the car is a 92 Hatch CX

That would work for someone using the civic harness but I am using the integra harness. Not just the connectors.
