Will D15B auto tranny bolt to a D16Y7 Manual block?
My buddy is swapping in a D16Y7 into his EG hatch with an auto D15B. Just wondering if he could still keep his old tranny.

So basically any D-series blocks and tranny will interchange regardless if it's auto or manual from any year 92-00. Is this safe to assume?

yes but you will have to switch out the manual flywheel and replace it with the automatic flywheel be cause there are totally different
