Default car bogs when driving then sometimes shuts off and wont start

First of all we are talking about a 99 ex coupe stock engine

Alright now my car accelerates very slowly (SOHC) but what bothers me is at about 3,000 rpm and up the car like jerks a little like its choking for air or fuel or something then sometimes the car will like "bog" out and shut off completely then won't start for a period of time. When the car finally starts after this little temper tantrum it usually bogs out the first couple times it actually starts then i rev it and it stays alive till the next charade who knows when that will be but today is one of those gay days when she won't start!

REPLACED LATELY (in an attempt to fix the problem) :

O2 Sensor in Cat
Cat
Exhaust

any help?

fuel prolbem. new air filter, fuel filter. see if that would fix it. then clean the injectors. if that dont work, replace the fuel pump and check timing both cam and distributer. if that dosent fix it then do a full motor swap

that gets expensive if your philosophy of fixing things is just start replacing things im trying to diagnos it i think it might be the ignitor cause i dont see a problem with the fuel the previous owner recently replaced the fuel filter and the car is getting fuel and air so im thinking there is no spark i am going to go outside and check as soon as i get a break from cashing checks

similar problem, mine was the primary o2 sensor, check your wires for splits in the engine harness, could be a TON of things
