Default DIY Bumper painting advice?

Hey guys,

Picked up a used civic hybrid, and the rear bumper has some battle damage.

I want to wet sand it with 800, get it nice and smooth, respray with oem paint mixed in a spray can, and stick a clear coat on it, then wet sand with 1500 to 2000.

Will that do the trick, for a OEM type finish? Advice on where to get the paint, and what type of buffing method after?

thanks!

and a pic, because it is HT!

Yup, shes a manuel!
