passing for inspection

Decarbonizer..Seafoam
Timing At spec 18btdc Good plugs, wires,cap, and rotor.
Make sure the O2 sensor and the cat are good.
CEL is working and off.
Run 87 octane with no additives for the test.
Give it a good run just before the test to clean it out.
Not to much on these motors. That is what I did to get mine to pass in CA.
Should work in TX.
I don't know what the tests are in TX, when you get back from it let me know what tests are run.

my cat is gutted out and i passed it last year i was suprise when i passed it cause i think having a gutted out cat wont pass and that and so i dont add any fuel additives to fuel i though it would make it better and i guess all i need to try is that seafoam never tried it
