Default Failed smog, help

Hey guys,

I took my car in for a smog today. It failed on two of the 15mph tests, HC and NO. I suspect the front O2 sensor making it run rich? I think the cat is good since it didn't fail all of the other tests as well. Also I'm not sure what that note about OBD tests means, there is no CEL on.

I recently replaced the spark plugs. I also checked the timing and it is right on the red dot on the crank pulley.

I attached the results. 15mph HC: 80 and NO: 695.

Let me know what you think.

hey man im a smog tech and from what i see it looks like your cat was not hot enough. i say this because the 25 mph numbers are much lower if there was anything wrong the 25 #s would defiantly be higher. my suggestion is to drive the car hard before u go to the test spot and dont let the car set to long before the test. if theres a line come back when there is no line so your cat doesnt have time to cool off. also u need to drive the car around 60 miles to clear out the readiness monitors so it will pass the obd functional test. hope this helps... goodluck
