dont ever lowball on manifold or turbo asking for problems but if you have to have one get the t3/t4 better spool up for power range.

Well the t70 is ok but look at the a/r it's like .84 on the exhaust side and 15psi is the rang that it start to make your ***** drop really. To get good spool with a turbo like that it would have to have a .70 a/r on the exhaust side even then it's too big for a stock block! Yea it will make 300+ even on 10psi but your gonna be laggy and your spool time will be around 4.5k maybe 5. T3/T4 .60 is best for the f22 block.

Ever seen a turbo housing split in half before? You will with the eBay turbos... but that's only if it's balanced well enough to last that long.

just get a used garret/turbonetics t3/to4e 57 or 60 trim with like .48 to .63 ARs and get it rebuilt. that is more than enough for 300whp. i wouldnt rely on any kind of dependability with those china turbos.

I wouldn't recommend a 60 trim on a stock F series. I'd go with 50 or 57 trim.

t70 is way too big. beware ebay turbos. You're asking for trouble.

the 60 trim spools quick enough for me.. i get boost right below 4 grand in 1st gear (which is death for tires) it gets lower each gear after that. it all depends how much gas you are giving it.

What about a borg warner gm-8 could that get me to my goal of 300+whp plus later on down the line i plan on doing head work and sleeveing the block and maybe trying to get 400.
