Default Removing My Bumper for CAI...Help

Hey I have an 07 SI Coupe. I just got an Injen CAI. They say I need to remove the front bumper to install it. Is this true? Does anyone have a link to how to do it. Its probably pretty easy. Im trying to get it done in the moring a few hours before I go to work. Please help.

you probably shouldn't do that just to be on the safe side of things...

and it probably isn't "necessary" to remove the bumper, but will definitely make it easier

but it's very simple to take off... where the bumper meets the fender, there is one screw, pop the hood... ther are two bolts that need to be removed with an alan wrench (it's connected from the grill to the radiator support) and then just pop off those annoying little black button things on the under side of the bumper...

Don't need to take off the bumper. Suggest not taking it off just for pure safety for your bumper...

I disagree
1-Makes install a whole a lot easier, i would suggest you take the battery and try out also
2- I dont see how you would be able to connect it to the vibramount or put the filter on properly
3- would be extremely difficult to to snake intake with filter into the fender well
4- insturctions require removal

Just grab the corner and PULL. Should snap right off!

Might wanna invest in a hydroshield to. Just for those rainy days!

Look online for the PDF if foglight installation... it shows in detail how to get the bumper off.
