There is one screw on each corner inside the fenderwells, there are two bolts underneath the bumper, and there are like 4 black plastic screws you need to remove on top of the radiator support. After you remove all these, the bumper cover and grill should slide right off in one piece.

In addition to this there are two additional phillips head screws on the underneath. It's really about a 5 minute job.

5 plastic screws
I suggest having a friend help you the first time because pulling that bumper off when its all undone is a PITA if you havent done it before. You have to pull back and twist the bumper upwards away from you. You'll see
Watch your damn fenders too, cause if you lift too hard the edges will go up the sides. I can do this blindfolded.
