90 integra cant pass "NOX" Emissions...
i have a new Cat on there ..... passing everything else but the NOX over by .12 points.... any idea how i can pass !! ??

I would try the cheap stuff (recommended by xdeep on g2ic) first.
I changed my spark plugs (gapped correctly), oil/filter and air filter.
Then add three bottles of "Heet" gas line antifreeze to a quarter tank of premium gas.
Make sure car is fully heated up before test.
I noticed a huge drop in all levels and passed easily.

are you running high compression pistons or something?
NOx only rises when the heat in the combustion chamber is too high
try changing your plugs and running higher octane gas to lower the combustion chamber temp's
