b series ????????????

just wondering if all b series vtec non vtec motors using the same rear main seal

I wouldn't see it being different. They are the same motors pretty much except for the heads

I thought I meant except for the heads. The blocks are different? I thought blocks were same heads were different, i.e. one has v-tec and one dosn't. The blocks have the same bore, the LS is like a de-tuned GSR right?

The blocks are a little different, LS has a longer stroke, and LS doesn't have oil squirters.

Yea I mean I was sure that at least that was the same. Little differences like that in the motor should be the same.

the head and block are different.
vtec engines have a vtec head, and the ls/gs/rs block have a longer stroke ratio lolll.

I knew that the head was different, I said that. And I was correcting myself after I was corrected to say that such little things as a rear main seal would surely be the same. I now know that the blocks are different.
