swapped main relays, checked all fuses, no cel lights and no fuel pressure.

cant hear the pump turn on or prime, checked for voltage under back seat both sets have voltage, i dont know which ones are for what though assuming one for fuel level the other for the pump. un did the fuel line and no pressure whatsoever.

is the pump gone?

 

yea sounds like your fuel pump is done...that sucks cause its a pain in the *** to get to!!!

 

Sounds like it. If its getting power and you dont hear it buzzing its most likely toast.

btw this was on a 90 civic wagon, when i called for a pump replacement at the local parts stores they all listed it as different part numbers from the hatch models, but when i pulled it apart it looked identical to a hatch model so i threw it in and it works like a charm. so to those searching in the future, the wagon and hatch models fuel pumps work without modification.
