I just have a few questions for those who know about tuning and working with rom editors. I am trying to understand more about it but its completely new to me. I downloaded the basic edition of crome and just played around with it to try to understand what everything meant cuz i was interested and bored. i just want to know how the roms work. i have a chipped ecu from phearable.net could i just buy a Chip burner, D/L some stock roms/bins, put them on a chip using crome, and theortically have a stock ecu again??? for example could i D/L the stock bin for a b16 from http://www.pgmfi.org/twiki/bin...Codes, and burn it on the chip and have the specs of a b16 ecu. Or is it possible for someone to make me a bin for my engines setup and specs and just email it to me and i could burn a chip at my house instead of waiting for shipping and paying for a whole new chip? thanks guys, and please dont talk crap, im just a youngster trying to understand the game
