well.. what flange is the manifold flanged for? A tial 38mm or 44mm?

1.Which turbo would be best suited? Your current turbo will get you there
2.Which wastegate would be best suited? Tial is the best. Get the TIal your mani is flanged for
3.What intercooler would be best suited? Get a precision intercooler or anyother IC that uses a Garrett core
4.What intercooler Piping would be the best size? 2.5inch aluminum

well the manifold is gated for a 38mm but getting new flanges welded on is not a problem, but if the 38mm is going to be sufficient then thats fine. there was no dispute as far as what brand i would be choosing(Tial). i figured 2.5 inch aluminum piping would be the right choice. thanks for your input.

honestly, with as many cars as i have had and seen creep on a tial 38... go ahead and get the manifold reflanged for a tial 44mm. If you dont have anyone to do it, I can do it for ya if you can ship it to me and back. Let me know.

GT30 turbo will hit 400whp and still spool nicely.

t3/t4 57 trim .60/.63A/R will also hit 400whp and is a cheaper alternative.

Tial wastegates are probably the most popular. I would also suggest the 44MM as into the upper 350-400whp mark your gonna have boost creep.

Intercooler, precision 350 would work great for your setup.

2.5 intercooler piping will be just fine. Any larger is too much and hard to fit behind bumpers and sheit.
