Motor swapped, now car won't move for long periods.
I'll just get straight to it.
I swapped a hydro locked H22 for a Jdm H22 and used the old tranny. Checked clutch while swapping, everything looked fine. Finished.
Took it for a spin and it was fine, for a couple of blocks... Then it just started to bog, and not want to go.
Came home and tried again the next day. It would drive perfect again, for a couple of blocks, then it just felt like it was bogging when taking off, and I really had to push it to get it to take off. But then it started to do it while getting up to speed. So I kept having to pull over and try taking off again.
I hoped that maybe the clutch pedal was misadjusted, but that didn't fix it. Changed the slave cylinder, because the old one looked pretty beat up, and bled the system. But nothing changed.
It's weird, because it drives great for a short time, then everything goes to ****...
I would drive it a little longer when the symptoms show, to see if it clears, but I don't want to mess anything up, more then it already is.
I'm pointing towards ECU, maybe something got pinched and it fried the ECU. But I'm hoping it's not.
Anybody experienced anything like this? Or know anyone that had symptoms like these?

All ignition parts are brand new except for the distributor itself. Timing is dead on too.

Haven't checked that... Will be dusting off my pressure gauge in the morning. What was the problem?
I'll come back with results hopefully by tonight.
Anyone else have any suggestions?

At the bottom of the second thread, I saw this post.

I was sitting in my car just letting it idle and the rpm's would drop whenever I released the clutch, then I actually heard the
clicking sound from the relay. I was hitting the relay with
my foot because i just had it dangling from the wire for
easy access to remove so no one could steal my car,
I tucked it a little farther up in the wires and now it's good
to go.

His symptoms in the first thread sound exactly like what I'm experiencing, except better worded.
I have my wires dangling too. I'm going to have to check that out. Maybe I'm the gremlin...

Okay, so I tucked in the wires and then noticed that one rear tire was extremely low, and I didn't have time to change it in the morning, so it'll have to wait until tomorrow morning.
Will be back with update.
