Default LS ecu running a stock B20. what do i need to raise the fuel pressure to?

I got a 96 integra with b20. I am running an OBD2 LS ecu. I heard that I need to up the fuel pressure for it to run right.

does anyone know what I need to raise it to?

get it tuned on a dyno/street with a wideband, you'll know exactly how much fuel you have/need
