does anyone have a magnaflow muffler on their lude? I've had mine on there for about a year now, and it seems to be doing well, but maybe wanted to change it out eventually. Just wondering if I should go with a better magnaflow, or perhaps another muffler? I have a 4th gen

 

have one on my 5th gen 2.5piping i love it!, i plan on upgrading to 3inch when i go turbo but im sticking with magnaflow

 

i'd like to hear one, cuz i wanna get a 3" when my terbiee is in

 

i had a 2.5" pipe, carsound highflow cat, n a magnaflow muffler n it sounded like shiiiiiiiiiit. extremely loud, really raspy. most likely bc i didnt have a resonator on it. but i changed to a borla universal muffler n its still pretty loud but very deep. not raspy at all. throttle response got a hell of a lot better too. idk y though...but hey, i aint complaining haha

 

I took the cat off, and im running straight through and it sounds pretty decent. My friend recommended it, and installed it. Before he mentioned magnaflow, I had never even heard of that brand before, have they been around for a while? or are they known to make shitty mufflers?

 

ive got magnaflow on my 5th gen, i would recommend it

I figured that. That's why I took mine off. I haven't really heard much about the brand, that's why I questioned it on here.
