ok plz dont tell me to seach already have with no good results. i am not a frequent member here b/c i am the owner of an rx7 and dont have this type of problem on my car (no heads), but i am replaceing a head gasket on a 95 civic EX 1.6l vtec SOHC for a friend of mine and was wondering if there was any thing out of the ordanary that i would have to do or know other then the basic remove manifolds, valvecover, cam sprocket and head bolts i am a mechanic and was wondering if any of you know any trix or methods to make this easier. anyway any help or sugestions are welcome thanks in advance for and help.

Your pretty much on the money. As for quick ways to do there is no quick ways or tricks if you want it done right.
